I have a resolution..
As of today, August 1st, I am going to not eat gluten… and will exercise everyday.

Lifted weights
Ultimate frisbee for 2 hours :)

18 days… thats less than 3 weeks!!!
Goals for this last stretch of school…
- EAT HEALTHY
- exercise!!!!!!!!!
- drink water drink water drink water
- eat NO red meats
- consume as much vegetables as humanly possible
- finish strong in school!!
Motivations..
- See my boyfriend again in 18 days
- Santa Cruz with my friends in 20 days
- ITALY/GREECE/TURKEY in 26 days

must stay motivated.. i have done so good for the past few weeks, but it has been harder lately than i would like.. i have to stay motivated. 10 days

- seeing jake in 10 days :))
- summer starts may 12th
- Santa Cruz with friends in about a month
- ROME!!!!!!!!!!!! may 20th
- bathing suit will be waiting at home may 12th!
the countdown
Countdown post-its on my wall, tell me everynight that I am doing well. I only have to make it 20 more days. Then I will be able to see him. 20 days until everything will be seem perfect. At least until I have to say goodbye, again.
