Day One

I have a resolution..

As of today, August 1st, I am going to not eat gluten… and will exercise everyday.

Day One:  Jillian 6 Week 6 Pack workout
               Lifted weights
               Ultimate frisbee for 2 hours :)

18 days… thats less than 3 weeks!!!

Goals for this last stretch of school…

  1. EAT HEALTHY
  2. exercise!!!!!!!!!
  3. drink water drink water drink water
  4. eat NO red meats
  5. consume as much vegetables as humanly possible
  6. finish strong in school!!

Motivations..

  1. See my boyfriend again in 18 days
  2. Santa Cruz with my friends in 20 days
  3. ITALY/GREECE/TURKEY in 26 days

must stay motivated.. i have done so good for the past few weeks, but it has been harder lately than i would like..    i have to stay motivated.  10 days

Countdown post-its on my wall, tell me everynight that I am doing well. I only have to make it 20 more days.  Then I will be able to see him.  20 days until everything will be seem perfect.  At least until I have to say goodbye, again
